8:00 a.m.: Registration
8:30 a.m.: Mare Performance Test:
Free
Jumping; during free jumping evaluation of the trot in free
running;
evaluation of conformation and correctness of gaits, if necessary (i.e.
for mares doing both MPT and studbook inspection)
Inspection of
non-Hanoverian Mares, walk ring and awards (incl. non-Hann.
mares for inspection from MPT, if any); MPT, under saddle
portion
Inspection of Hanoverian Mares, walk
ring and awards (including the Hanoverian mares for inspection from the
MPT);
Lunch
Foal
Presentations, followed by branding (last activity of day).
Stabling:
- 6-8 stalls available on premises,
C$30.00/night or for the day, incl. first bedding (magnum pellets).
- No
grounds fee for if not stabling.
- Checks payable to: Windswept Farm, due
upon arrival.
- If staying overnight prior to inspection, must
arrive by
8:00 p.m.
- No arrivals before 6:00 a.m. on day of
inspection.
- Additional
bedding/hay available for purchase on grounds.
- Other Requirements: Proof of Negative
Coggins within 6 months.

Directions:
- From Hwy. #401 (E-W Windsor to
Montreal) take exit 328.
- Go North on Trafalgar Road 12.5 miles to
village of Ballinafad.
- Turn right at four corners on Wellington County
Road 42 (East). Proceed approximately 8/10th to 1 mile to 8th Line.
- Turn right on 8th Line (South).
- Second farm on left side of road.
- Wire
fenced paddocks and sign “14145”

Other:
- Will require liability waiver and
indemnification from each participant.
- Windswept Farm is unable to
provide braiding services or staff to present mares.
- Please provide
your own helpers and staff.
- No dogs on grounds.
- Food will be available,
compliments of host.
- Spectator seating near outdoor arena.
- No
smoking
permitted on property.
